    I am a Certified Professional & Transformation Life Coach, a Certified Reiki Master, and a self-published author since 2010. My spiritual journey with meditation began at the age of 8 and by the age of 11, I was already channeling my reflections into poetry and other reflective writings. My daily life is anchored in meditation, spiritual reflection, and the embodiment of higher values.
